The Conference Center GDS Catering menu for internal departments of Montclair University & third-party (non-University) renters of the Conference Center, offers an elevated array of curated menus fit for the most discerning of tastes. Premium Choice menu pricing includes upscale plastic plateware, buffet linen tablecloths, set up & breakdown. Alcohol Service, Floral arrangements, China Service and other accoutrements are available within the menu.
Additional Service Staff charge will be applied as necessary.
PICK UP ONLY - Budget-friendly options for student-centered events hosted by internal University departments and student organizations (85% or more of participants must be currently enrolled Montclair State University students). Items on this menu are available for pick up service only.
