For All Internal Users, Please log into E-Cater from the Workday Portal to create new Catering Orders. To submit the order, please use the "Export to Workday" button located at the bottom of the event order to Create a Purchase Order. Any Changes to an event after the Original Purcahse Order has been created will need to be Re-Exported to Workday.

Explore our expanded selection of buffets, packages, and à la carte options. Along with exciting new options, all your favorite classics remain available.

To better serve you, please submit all orders through the catering portal no less than 72 hours prior to the event date.

Q: “What does my order come with?”
A: “All food orders come with all necessary serving utensils and proper vessels to maintain food at a suitable temperature”
 
Q: “Do you provide Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, or Nut-Free options?”
A: Yes! Gourmet Dining Catering is a full-service department that caters to all needs of our clients.
 
Q: “Do you provide kosher items?”
A: Yes. Any orders that require kosher items must be submitted 5 days in advance in order to follow appropriate guidelines regarding the kosher process.
 
Q: “What happens if I would like something different, and not necessarily the items listed on the e-cater website?
A: Gourmet Dining catering provides custom menus upon request. A member of the catering team will assist you in creating a custom menu that fits your event’s needs. Along with the option available of catering from our retail companies.
 
Q: Who is permitted to use the student menu?
A: Only student financially responsible organizations and related functions may take advantage of this pricing.  An extra charge for labor may be added for functions held outside normal hours of operation or exceed our labor force. All the following are served on disposable products with appropriate condiments.
 
Q: “What if catering cannot provide the specific items I am looking for?”
A: If we cannot provide your menu items you may contact our office (973) 655- 4224) and we will provide you with a waiver. Once it is filled out and returned, we will approve it and you can go to any venue of your choice to satisfy your needs
